Access to moto-connect is reserved for professionals with a valid SIRET number. Registration is subject to validation by our teams. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend any account without justification. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

moto-connect offers the following services: - Connecting brands and retailers - Product catalog management - B2B order processing - Commercial document generation (purchase orders, invoices) The platform acts as a technical intermediary and is not a party to transactions between users.

Users agree to: - Provide accurate and up-to-date information - Respect established commercial conditions - Not use the platform for illegal purposes - Respect intellectual property rights - Not disrupt platform operation Any breach may result in account suspension or deletion.

moto-connect cannot be held liable for: - Disputes between users (product quality, delivery times, payments) - Temporary service interruptions for maintenance - Content published by users Brands remain solely responsible for their products and order fulfillment.

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution hereof shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
